The "Basic Membership" package is designed to offer "AFFORDABLE" and consistent Consulting services to the HCA.
This package consists of 8-10 hours per month or 2 hours per week dependent on the number of weeks in the month.
GOLD MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
SILVER MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
The "GOLD Membership" package is an "UPGRADED" Membership Plan designed to customize the HCA's individual needs.
This package consists of 3 hours per week for 3 months.
This package is generally suggested or recommended to an established HCA with zero to two Standard Level Deficiencies per Survey

The "DIAMOND Membership" Package is a "PREMIUM" Plan designed to customize the HCA's individual needs.
This package consists of 4 hours per week for 3 months.
This package is generally suggested or recommended to an established HCA with 25 or more patients, no Q.A. Nurse, Complaints, and zero to two Standard and/or Conditional-Level Deficiencies per Survey.
MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
The "PLATINUM Membership" Package is a "SUPREME" Plan is designed to customize the HCA's individual needs.
This package consists of 2 hours per week for 6 months.
This package has a lot of "Bells & Whistles".
This package is generally suggested or recommended to an established HCA where the Administrator is the DON, High Turnover, 25 or more patients, no Q.A. Nurse, Complaints, and Conditional and/or Immediate Jeopardy- Level Deficiencies per Survey.
