Initial Interview:
FREE
- The "initial" fifteen (15) - thirty (30) minutes telephonic interview is free.
- There may be an extra charge for Virtual Communication and/or Travel Time, if appropriate.
- Consultants will discuss in detail the purpose of Consulting Services and communicate how and why every detail is important to Regulatory Compliance.
- Activities can include training and/or education courses.
Consulting Fee(s):
Competitive
Consulting Fees are inclusive of, but not limited to, the following;
- Telephonic questions and suggested corrections.
- Guidance with State "concerns".
- Interpretation of State R/R. AND, Etcetera.

IMMEDIATE JEOPARDY (IJ) LEVEL DEFICIENCY
IMMEDIATE JEOPARDY (IJ) LEVEL DEFICIENCY
An IMMEDIATE JEOPARDY (IJ) Level Deficiency is an EMERGENT (911) LEVEL Deficiency with the MOST SEVERE Penalty that an HCA or HHA can receive. An IJ usually leads to CLOSURE, SEVERE FINANCIAL PENALITIES, and CRIMINAL CHARGES.
