"AFTER HOURS" was established for families that struggle to find oversight or daycare after normal business hours or weekends for their Loved Ones.
LOVEABLES
AMBULATION
"AFTER HOURS" residence has steps to the front entrance and a back door to the yard. Additionally, there's a set of stairs to the upper and lower levels of the residence. FYI; "AFTER HOURS" will make every attempt to accommodate ALL Adult's and Individuals with "Challenging Needs". INDIVIDUALS WITH "CHALLENGING NEEDS" IS INCLUSIVE OF CHILDREN..
MEDICATIONS
The desired preference is Medications are taken before arrival.
A Nurse is available for Medication Reminders and Assistance at an additional charge.
Medications must be in original packaging and accompanied by a current physician's order.
DIETARY
Special Diets, Allergies, or Restrictions are REQUIRED to be prepared at Home, and accompany the "LOVEABLE" to the residence with instructions and a physician's order if available.
TOILETING
If your "LOVEABLE" is incontinent, you must bring the following in ample supply: a change of clothing, diaper or pads, chucks, gloves, wipes, and a barrier cream.
INTAKE
These Requirements MUST be completed PRIOR to your "LOVEABLE's" initial ATTENDANCE.
Current History and Physical
A complete and current History and Physical MUST be completed within thirty (30) days of your "LOVEABLE'S" requested attendance, before attendance can be permitted.
A current physician order is required for ALL Medications to be administered, reminded, or assisted with.
The Medication MUST be in the original packaging.
If it is a Controlled Medication, the Nurse MUST be present for the beginning and departing count, and oversight.
APPLICATION
The Application, All Forms and Documents MUST be completed or provided before your "LOVEABLE's" attendance.
A "PLAN of CARE" will be generated with you, and signed by you and the physician before the attendance of your "LOVEABLE".
There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
SAFETY AND SECURITY CHECK
For the Safety and Security of your "LOVEABLE", a physical inspection will be conducted in your presence upon the arrival and departure of your "LOVEABLE", and documented and signed by staff and yourself.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
SERVICES
Services will be available as indicated. Emergency Sevices during the week may be available upon request and notice. Currently, THERE ARE NO OVERNIGHT SERVICES AVAILABLE.
HOURS: Reservations are Required
There is a minimum requirement of four (4) hours of attendance or compensation.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Currently, We Do Not offer Overnights.
Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. may be available with advance notice.
PAYMENT
"AFTER HOURS" accepts Private Pay and Private Insurance ONLY.
Private Pay MUST be via Cash or Zelle ONLY.
RESERVATIONS/SCHEDULING
ALL Attendance is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
There is a Mandatory Minimum of four (4) Hours of Attendance.
A deposit equivalent to one-half of the reservation is required at the time of the requested reservation. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
The remaining Balance of the Reservation is due immediately, upon arrival of the scheduled "LOVEABLE" via Cash or Zelle.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
"AFTER HOURS" limits the number of "LOVEABLE'S" to no more than four (4) at any given time per Regulatory Standards, Safety, and Human Interaction and Oversight, hence the reasoning for adherence to the strict Attendance Policy.
